>>그리고 Traditional IRA 에서 돈을 찾았기 때문에 10% 벌금을 내야 하는데
>>벌금은 어떻게 내야하고 인캄텍스 화일을 연기하면 10% 벌금에 대한 벌금과 이자를 내야 할 것 같은데 맞나요?

>연기할 때 Fed.과 State를 따로 해야 하는지요? “=================>Correct. Since you need more time to prepare your federal tax return and submit it to the IRS, filing electronically can save you time. E-filing form 4868 can get you a six-month extension on your personal income tax return, but does not guarantee you won't owe any money to the IRS. To file electronically, you must go through a tax preparer /an ERO who will file the extension for you electronically, or submit the form to the IRS using tax preparation software, such as TurboTax or TaxCut. The programs will walk you through your e-file step by step. You'll be required to fill in your personal information, your estimated tax liability and estimate the amount of a refund or payment to the IRS.

> For your state tax return extension, you need to visit your state's website , i.e., Dept of Rev of yur state or FTB of CA(if your home state is CA state) or call over the phone to find out its policy on tax filing extensions. You need to determine whether you owe or are due a refund. The state treats those who owe taxes differently than those who are due a refund. Even though you may not be ready to file your tax forms, do the financial calculations to determine your tax status category.

>If you owe taxes, you can pay electronically via credit card or by withdrawing funds electronically through your checking or savings accounts. Be sure to have account or credit card numbers on hand, whether you e-file yourself or get a professional to do it. Pay your taxes by the tax due date. Whether you filed the proper tax forms, you must pay by the due date. Failure to do so can cost you late payment penalties and interest. And file an extension whether you owe taxes or not. Most states require you to file an extension form by the tax due date of April 15th, even if you don't owe taxes
>
>NOTE: Even though state and federal taxes use some of the same information, you can still file separately. Prior to sending each tax return, along with any payment or a request for a refund, on its way, you'll find that both tax returns use some of the same numbers. State tax returns may ask for numbers from certain lines of your federal return, which is why you should complete your federal return first if you have a choice. Both the state and federal governments are likely to consider the same types of income taxable, including investment income and wages from your employer.

>벌금은 어떻게 내야하고 인캄텍스 화일을 연기하면 10% 벌금에 대한 벌금과 이자를 내야 할 것 같은데 맞나요?”=================>Yes; you still need to pay 10% of earl w/d from your IRA acct. An early withdrawal is an IRA withdrawal taken before you reach age 59 ½, which is subject to a 10% penalty tax in addition to ordinary income taxes. There are no exceptions to paying ordinary income tax on the amount withdrawn. You MUST pay your taxes by the tax due date, Apr 15 2013 for your 2012 return. Whether you filed the proper tax forms, you must pay by the due date. Failure to do so can cost you late payment penalties and interest.

“File은 해야하는데 낼 세금이 없다면 연기 신청하지 않고 4/15일 이후에 해도 벌금은 없겠죠?”==============>It depends. The IRS requires that all taxpayers who meet the filing requirements complete their individual returns on or before the April 15th deadline. You will have to file for the extension anyway. You are still legally required to file by 4/15 if you have enough income to have to file, but if you are owed a refund, there isn't any penalty for missing the deadline. So, as long as you're not owing money you have up to three years to file to claim your refund. If you are due a refund and you file within the next three years, there would be NO penalties no nothing !!! If you file after three years, your refund would be lost and you wouldnt be charged any penalties either !!! So, no, you dont need to file an extension if you are getting a refund !!!
NOTE:Even if you do not have to file a return, you should file one to get a refund of any Federal Income Tax withheld.
