2. As a foreigner who wants to set up a business here in America, what are some of the financial requirements in the very first stage?
3. Do you give out business loans to foreign business owners? Do you require special documents?
4. I would also like to know special tax regulations. Do I pay taxes in America and in Korea?
5. For tax filing purposes, do I need to hire an accountant who is certified to do taxes in both countries?
6. In operating my business, some mistakes or problems may arise. Do you offer any insurance policy that covers those matters?
7. I heard that many business hire attorneys for possible financial issues. It is required or necessary? What about a full-time accountant for the office?
