I'm writing this letter to inform you that the listing contract renewal signed on (Date) to be voided and discontiue your representation as listing agent effective immediately.

This letter should supercede above mentioned contract renewal and that would not cause any problems except inconvinience since my spouse signature was omitted.

My spouse and I have reached the conclusion and decided to terminate the contract renewal based on incompetency on your ability to sell tthe property within time frame as promised and have doubt on your integrity.

You had me initialed on change of dates on previous contract dated on (Date) just to legalize your administrative errors and justifying my aknowledgement on regards to non sale of the property.

It is unfortunate to reach this conclusion, however this decision may serve mutual benefits over all.
