>The two violations you were cited are the officer's probable cause to stop your vehicle - most likely he was following you for a while.  At the DMV hearing, the hearing officer will decide whether or not you can retain your driver's license upon taking the statements from you and the arresting officer.  One (1) month suspension is given and you may be able to get a restricted driver's license (for 4 months) after submitting a SR-22 form and proof of enrollment for the DUI offender program.  You should be able to get your license back upon successful completion of your program.  Your first court appearance is called 'arraignment.'  You will be advised of your formal charges and the judge will ask you if you want to plea guilty / no contest / or not guilty.  If you want a court interpretor, then you can ask for a continuance (get another court date) without entering your plea.  The judge will grant your request unless court can find one for you right there and then.  Good Luck!
