Dear Sir or Madam:
My name is Dog Hater reside at 5555, and please consider this letter as a formal request.
There is an unleashed dog that owned by room No111, and my life was threatened by that dog last week when I moved in to this newly place. That angry dog was barking and chasing me all the way to end of the hall way.
According to California’s animal law penal code 1237, “a dog must be leashed in public place”, therefore, I demand that the dog must be leashed at all the time.
Please note that intention of his letter also serve as a formal notice that “if anything happens to me, bodily, emotionally, and or any damages might occurs, then you and your H.O.A will be a responsible party.
