W-2 폼은 받았구요 개인적으로 세금 보고를 해야 할것 같은데 어떻게 해야하는지요? 저는 올 전체 수입이 $2400 정도 입니다. 아주 저소득층이지요. “==================You must file a federal income tax return if your income is above a certain level; which varies depending on your filing status, age and the type of income you receive.I assume that you are single , then, as single filer, The minimum income required to file or efile a tax return for Tax Year 2012 UNDER age 65 is $9,750;$3,8N00+$5950(std deduction).I mean UNLESS your gross income is MORE than $9750, you do not need to file your 2012 return;however, there are some instances when you may want to file a tax return even though you are not required to do so. Even if you don’t have to file, you should file to get money back if Federal Income Tax was withheld from your pay, or had a prior year overpayment applied to this year’s tax. OR as long as you may qualify for EITC if you worked, but did not earn a lot of money.EITC is a refundable tax credit; which means you could qualify for a tax refund. then youmust file your return.

Claiming adjustments to income or credits other than the earned income credit and making work pay disqualify you. File Form 1040EZ by April 15, 2013. If you file after this date, you may have to pay interest and penalties.
