은행에서 벌써 빼갔더라구요 아놔 짜증나!!=================> The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) filing requirements are based on filing status and income. If you meet those filing requirements, then you are required to file a return and pay any tax due on or before the April 15 deadline.You, as an EE,need to know that your federal income tax withholding depends on your W-4 information and the IRS withholding tax tables . Your employer uses the filing status and allowances you claim on Lines 3 and 5, respectively, of your W-4, and the tax table that matches your income, allowances, filing status and pay period to figure the withholding. levy is a legal seizure of your property by the IRS. Based on tax law, the levy gives the IRS the right to seize retirement accounts, wages, dividends, rental income and bank accounts. Both your checking and savings account could be seized to pay the IRS if you owe back taxes.Before the IRS can levy your checking account, it must first send you a Demand for Payment Notice. If you do not respond to the Demand for Payment Notice by paying the tax or making arrangements to pay the tax, then the IRS will issue an Intent to Levy Notice. You have 30 days from the date of the levy notice before the IRS can issue a levy on your checking account. The levy notice must be sent certified mail to your home, place of business or your last known address. If you dispute the accuracy or validity of the pending lien, then call the IRS at 800-829-1040. After the IRS has received the funds from the levy, the money will be applied to the taxes you owe. To dispute the levy, you can file a claim with the IRS Office of Appeals by filling out form 12153 and mailing it to the address on your Intent to Levy Notice within 30 days. The Office of Appeals will arrange for a hearing and determine whether or not your claim is valid.I guess you can contact a CPA/ EA(공인세무사) in your local area for more info in detail;
