Re : Claim for restoring cost of $850

Mr. President,

I have commnicated to you several occasions  in regards to my business
structure damages caused by one of your company's vihecle  few month ago, also mailed you the written estimate for the restoration.

As of to date, you have not responded to pay for the damages and I'm deeply disappointed with your irresponsible excuses and the fact that you're ignoring your own commitment to take responsible action to resolve this matter in timely manner.

Whether you wish to handle this matter through your insurance claim or out of your company's fund is your option and up to your decision.

I've waited several month patiently but you have not shown any intention to resolve this matter , therefore I'm forced to take legal actions against you and the company if you do not take care of this matter within next 10 business days.
