what do ypu want to know?

My mom backed out into a parked vehicle in my paking space and it was really minor incident. Her vehicle was kind of suv and PD paid about $1000 to her. The thing is that she had a pre-existing condition so she is claimming more than my BI limit of $25000

Also she is from PA and she went to doctor's office in PA with Workers comp. I have a insurance with Farmers and the adj. advised me to consult with an attorney since it might be over my limit. She is playing game with me. The car's registered owner is me

I'm still financing and I'm married but my name is not on our Four-plex property. My questions is (1) Please recommand any good attorney to get a consultation regarding my status. (2) Can that bad woman go after my husband's property? Etc....

If she is really right to claim againt us, I would definately pay but this case is not right. Suspicious. One of my friend asked me to report to State Workers Comp. but I would wait until I get some advise from others. Thank you.

you should know that no insurance will pay with out the finding's and she may have made a mistake by using w/c because claim it self would have to pay them back. and your insurance company is not being good to you as policy holder tell you the truth is th

that you don't need an atty if you get lawsuit your insurance company will defend, for now nothing  you can do.
