안녕하세요 Sacramento쪽 Rancho Cordoba이라는 도시에 맘에 드는 집이 하나있는데요.
이 집주인이 살다가 돌아가셨어요 그런데문제가 살아계실때 자녀에게 이집을 상속을 안했어요.
Agent Report에 "Use Probate Purchase Agreement and Probate Advisory. Seller has full authority under I.A.E.A Property to be sold in its present condition" 라고 적여있는데 이런집들은 보통 집들 살때보다 기간이 오래걸린다거 다른 risk가 있는지 알고 싶습니다...
